The
pride of Taiwan, the National Palace Museum , which is
the world's greatest and priceless treasure house on
Chinese arts wherein some of the oldest artifacts are
pieces of prehistoric pottery dating back to over 5,000
years, and the CKS Memorial Hall , which was constructed
in memory of the late Taiwan president Mr. Chiang
Kai-Shek , are two of the must-see places to visit
while in Taiwan . These landmarks, including a trip to
the Martyr's Shrine and a leisurely drive through the
Presidential Square, depict the history, nationalism as
well as rich culture of Taiwan . |
